National Olympics kick off.

The Chapala Yacht Club is hosting the sailing events

 On Thursday April 15, 2010, started the 2010 National Olympics in Jalisco. The Olympics are an event in which 25.255 athletes compete for each of 42 disciplines that are held. 

The sailing competition, which will take place at the Chapala Yacht Club, Jalisco opened the program. Our state has more than 30 athletes in this category, 14 in the form of optimus, 15 lasers and 4 in table that will compete with sailors from throughout the Republic. 

The leading figure of the state is Elena Oetling selection of youth level laser, in which everyone has put their hopes on for Jalisco to get his eleventh consecutive title at the event, having as main rivals Quintana Roo, State of Mexico and Nuevo Leon, which are the strongest entities in this discipline. 

Also on Saturday, April 17 at 9:00 pm, will be held a closing party at the Yacht Club in order to dismiss competitors from throughout the Republic: 
Quintana Roo- 
-State of Mexico 
-Baja California 
-Nuevo León 

The cost of ticket to the farewell party is: $ 120 pesos in presale and $ 150 at the entrance. 

After the sailing event, is the swimming that will take place in Puerto Vallarta from April 20, while in Guadalajara will be held badminton activity that begins the 27th of this month. 

Hopefully it will not be given serious inconvenience due to wind or broken parts on the boat, as did yesterdays morning, so it was delayed the start time.
